ACCEPTANCE
By using Airport Streams (airportstreams.co.nz) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
USE OF THE SERVICE
Airport Streams is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Watch live streams and browse the archive
- Create an account and use community features
- Submit Capture My Flight requests
- Upload photographs to the community gallery
You may not:
- Scrape or systematically download content
- Attempt to disrupt or circumvent security measures
- Upload content you don't own or have rights to
- Harass other users or post offensive content
- Use automated tools to submit capture requests
GALLERY UPLOADS
When you upload a photo you confirm you own the copyright or have permission to share it. You grant Airport Streams a non-exclusive licence to display and archive the photo on the platform. We moderate all uploads and may remove content that violates these terms.
CAPTURE MY FLIGHT
Capture My Flight requests are best-effort — we cannot guarantee your flight will be captured. Requests depend on stream scheduling, equipment availability and aircraft visibility. No refund or compensation is available if a capture attempt is unsuccessful.
FLIGHT DATA
Flight data on Airport Streams is sourced from ADS-B tracking and is provided for informational purposes only. It may not be accurate, current or complete. Do not rely on this data for operational or safety-critical decisions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Airport Streams is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including disruptions to streams, inaccurate flight data, or failed capture attempts.
CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
